Home of the beautiful Siberian Neva Masquerade cats.
We are living together with our King & Queens. They are part of our daily lives. We are only dealing with one breed as a small family run cattery. We carefully select all our cats. Parents are free from genetic diseases. They all have many championships, international and world champion ancestors.
My aim in addition to keep providing the best possible enviroment and most nutritious meals, for our cats/ kittens is to enable my kittens from young to have a close bond with humans therefore creating an affectionate, human loving fluffy friend. It brings me immense joy that this was reflected by our 5 stars rating cattery from the local council.
Our Prefix is Diamondcat.

Why Choose a Siberian Cat?
Because they are...
- clever
- therapy cat
- obedient
- healthy
- funny
- sooo beautiful
They are produce far less Fel d1' than other cat breeds. It is good to know that neutralized cats are less allergic.
From my personal experience, my husband is very allergic to cats. If he spends 10 minutes in a room with any other cat breeds, he suffers from allergies. We live together with all our Siberian cats and he has not got any allergic reactions but also have to be aware that every person is different and may react otherwise.
Personality
Every cat is different but the Siberian's heart is warm, unlike their homeland which is cold. They love people and always want to be near them, so expect this affectionate cat to follow you around including to the bathroom, and " help" you with all of your reading, Tv viewing, computer work, etc. When you come home from work, they might not have a martini waiting for you but he/she will be pleased to tell you about their day in quiet, pleasant trills and chirps, including a few meows and purrs.
Siberian Neva Mascarade cat breed and history
The Neva Masquerade is named after the river Neva in St. Petersbourg, where it was first developed around the late 1970s. From Russia with love: that’s the Siberian, a glamorous native cat from the taiga of Siberia, a forested area with a subarctic climate that no doubt contributed to this cat’s long, thick, protective coat. The cats have been known in Russia for some 1,000 years and often figure in nativ folktales.
All colors are allowed with the Siberian cat. The Neva Masquerade is a interesting colorpoint variations.
Good to know the Siberian Neva masquerade's eyes are always blue.
Care
Their fur is textured but glossy which decreases the occurance of matting. The Siberian's fur should be combed or brushed a couple of times a week.
Surprisingly they like a bit of water so don't be surprised if they splash you in the tub with some water, or meow until you open the tap for them to drink out of. They love drinking out of a water fountain so I recommend getting that for them.
We regularly clean their ears with a little cotton ball and their eyes. Must not forget to keep their worm treatment and yearly booster vaccinations updated etc.
